      Quality of the project reflects the maturity of the project technology, the project forward-looking, the investment of the project, the advanced nature of the project, the project cost is low, the project efficiency is high, the project cycle is short.

【II】，Evaluation and screening of quality technology projects:

      High-quality projects also have various risks. In order to avoid losses caused by risks, we should do the following:

     1、Feasibility assessment and demonstration of the quality of technical projects;

     2、Evaluate the value of high-quality technical project development and cooperation;

     3、Evaluate the maturity, risk, development and cooperation possibilities of the technology project;

     4、 Construction of high-quality project reserve database;

【III】，Conditions for inclusion in the reserve system of high-quality technical projects:

      The conditions for inclusion in the high quality technology project reserve system are basically the same as those for inclusion in the Chinese high quality supplier declaration system；

【IV】，Procedures for applying for high-quality technology projects in China：

     1、Submit the application form into China Quality Technology Project Reserve System;

     2、Fill in the Declaration Form of China Quality Technology Project Reserve System seriously, truly and completely, and the responsible person of the unit shall sign and affixed the official seal of the unit;

     3、Submit the "Declaration Form of China Quality Technology Project Reserve System" and supporting materials to HHTS E-mail: 3372297181@qq.com；

     4、The HHTS Secretariat shall know the application for membership, conduct a review according to the membership conditions, and submit it to the Chief Executive CEO of HHTS for signature;

     5、If it passes the examination, it shall be submitted to the Board for approval;

     6、The applicant shall pay the annual fee through bank transfer within 3 days after receiving the notification of approval from the Secretariat of China Quality Technology Project. Failure to pay the annual fee after the deadline shall be deemed as giving up the application qualification of China Quality Technology Project Reserve System；

     7、Approve units of China Quality Technology Project Reserve System and apply for issuing certificates of China Quality Technology Project Reserve System with payment vouchers;

     13、A scanned electronic copy of the certificate of honor；

     14、A scanned electronic profile of the applicant for membership；

     15、One electronic copy of several color product photos；

     16、An electronic version of product application introduction；

     17、A scanning electronic version of product detection and analysis;

     18、Office address of the applicant;

     19、One copy of the applicant's contact information, telephone number, email address and contact information;

     20、One copy of bank account opening and account information of the applicant;

      The rights and obligations of selected high quality technology project reserve system are completely consistent with those of high quality
